What You'll Do - Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision
- Assist during surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative patient care
- Perform orthopedic procedures including joint injections and office-based interventions
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, recovery, and rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
- Participate in rotational call coverage
- Support quality improvement and adhere to safety protocols
What You Need - Valid Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Ability to perform orthopedic-related procedures and assessments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
