What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision
  • Assist during surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative patient care
  • Perform orthopedic procedures including joint injections and office-based interventions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
  • Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, recovery, and rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
  • Participate in rotational call coverage
  • Support quality improvement and adhere to safety protocols

What You Need
  • Valid Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
  • Ability to perform orthopedic-related procedures and assessments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
