Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage across a high volume case mix including heavy OB coverage. Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required.

General surgery
Orthopedics (spine heavy noted)
Urology
Ophthalmology
OB and GYN
ENT
Podiatry
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana CRNA license.
Case logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
Certifications listed include ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Credentialing
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 to 90 days (temps may be available with a clean file).
