Position Overview We are seeking experienced CRNAs for an independent practice setting in a low-acuity, critical access hospital in Washington. This is a lifestyle-friendly opportunity with light case volume and minimal call-back.
- Independent CRNA practice (no supervision or medical direction)
- Scheduled clinical hours
- Paper charting environment
- Light daily volume (3 4 ORs + occasional GI suite)
- Privileges required prior to start
Requirements - Board Certified CRNA Required
- Active Washington license Required (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in independent practice settings Preferred
- Must be comfortable practicing without medical direction
- Strong regional anesthesia skills Required
Schedule - Mix of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
- Typical weekly structure:
- Two (2) 8-hour shifts
- Two (2) 10-hour shifts
- Weekday Call: Pager call (typically paired with 10-hour shift)
- Weekend Call: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM (Saturday & Sunday)
- Call-back frequency: Very low
Case Mix / Clinical Scope Critical access hospital setting with bread-and-butter cases:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Podiatry
- GYN
- GI (occasional)
Required Skills:
- Spinal anesthesia
- Ultrasound-guided nerve blocks
Not Required - No cardiac
- No neuro (head cases)
- No trauma
- No OB
- No high-acuity pediatric cases

- 3 4 operating rooms daily
