Assignment Details
- Location: Pennsylvania
- Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

Schedule
- Monday through Monday coverage blocks
- Minimum commitment of one week per month
- Two weeks per month preferred
- Outpatient clinic Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Evening and weekend call included during assigned coverage weeks
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Comfortable managing complex renal disease and inpatient nephrology consults
- Hemodialysis experience required
- EEG reading responsibilities at Reading Hospital required

Additional Details
- Approximately 70% inpatient and 30% outpatient responsibilities
- Minimum of five outpatient clinic patients daily
- Outpatient volume averages 5-10 patients per day
- Inpatient rounding and consultative services required

- 15-minute call response expectation
