Job Summary and Responsibilities As our CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist), you will join our well-respected Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) team in our downtown Seattle location, Virginia Mason Medical Center. You will provide a safe anesthetic experience for assigned patients under the guidance of the attending surgeon.
Every day, you will be responsible for meeting established surgical standards and managing anesthesia supplies and equipment in the Operating Room. You will also promote teamwork with Operating Room personnel, physicians, and other departments.
To be successful in your role, you will meticulously provide safe general and regional anesthetic experiences for assigned patients, working under the guidance of the attending surgeon. You will demonstrate exceptional expertise in anesthesia administration and management, ensure rigorous adherence to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices, and proactively foster teamwork within the Operating Room and across departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient surgical operations.

We are offering a guaranteed salary, starting bonus, and relocation assistance. Retirement plans include both 401(k) and 457(b).
Job Requirements Required
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- Current Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
- Strong knowledge of current anesthesia practices and procedures
- Aptitude for detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to respond appropriately in stressful or emergent situations
Preferred
- 2+ years experience following training
- EPIC experience

Pay Range$241,920 - $262,080 /year
