What You ll Do: - Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures in a hospital setting
- Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical and spinal procedures
- Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as required
- Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory and neurological status perioperatively
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a multidisciplinary environment
- Monitor patients continuously during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Document all anesthesia records accurately using Epic EMR
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety standards
- Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation when necessary
- Support approximately 50 surgical cases daily across multiple operating rooms
What You Need: - Valid Michigan RN and CRNA licenses
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Previous experience with general, neurosurgical, and spinal anesthesia
- Ability to work independently within a supervised setting
- Strong patient monitoring and emergency response skills
