Requirements:
  • 1+ years of OT experience - REQUIRED
  • LTC or Rehab Experience - REQUIRED
  • Active OT license - REQUIRED
  • New Grads considered as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
  • Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected
  • Resume - REQUIRED
  • Skills checklist within 1 year - REQUIRED
  • 0-1 reference at time of submission - REQUIRED
  • Must have active OT license at time of submission - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
  • Must redirect if submitted higher than the job posted bill rate!
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in OK
