Position Highlights:
- 4-day work week (32 hours of patient care) optional 5th day available
- Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
- Average 15 patients per day (plus hygiene exams)
- Broad scope of practice: extractions, root canals, crowns/bridges, dentures, composites
- Balanced patient mix (adult, pediatric, and geriatric)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary + production model
- New grads: $160K base + production
- Experienced dentists: $175K $185K base + production
- Realistic earnings: $210K $250K+
- $15K sign-on bonus
