Availability / Schedule (Priority) - Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Call Hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Call Schedule:
- Every other night
- Weekend call in between
Licensing & Certifications (Required) - ACLS (AHA only) - Required
- BLS - Required
- PALS - Required
Clinical Requirements - Practice Model: Independent CRNA (no supervision)
- Must be proficient in:
- Spinals
- Epidurals
- Regional blocks
- Case Logs: Required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Case Mix - Endoscopy
- Orthopedics
- OB/GYN
- General surgery
- Pediatrics (light, healthy)
- Urology
- Dental
