Job Details:
Provide anesthesia services under medical direction from an AnesthesiologistSupport expansion of weekend OR coverage including 7 ORs on Saturday (+OB) and 7 ORs on Sunday (+OB)Shifts are 10 hours with both day and evening shifts availableCoverage needed Friday through Monday on a locum tenens basisPerform the following types of surgery: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head/Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, and ThoracicAdminister General, Spinal, Epidural, and Regional Anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma patientsManage obstetrical, neurosurgical, open heart, thoracic, and complex vascular casesPerform pain management techniques including post-op epidural and extremity blocksPerform epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical, as well as transforaminal proceduresUtilize x-ray guidance in performance of blocksManage ventilation and evaluation of acute volume/BP issuesPlace central lines, arterial lines, and PA cathetersCRNA supervision requiredMinimum board certification eligible; board certification not requiredFacility:
