Job description

  • Position: Primary Care NP
  • Dates: Full time, 40 hours a week from September 1st - December 1st, 2026, with potential availability for dates in the future.
  • Patient seen per day: 10-15
  • Support staffing: 1:1 clinical support staff per provider.
  • Patient Population: All ages
  • Clinic Schedule: 8 am - 6 pm, 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs), no call
  • Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license and DEA, BLS or ACLS
