- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level 2 trauma center.
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC (90 days) for one year with the option to extend. The schedule is 4x10's between Monday-Friday with a rotating day off. Shifts are from 7 am - 5 pm. Full-time providers needed. No weekends and no call needed for this position.
- Case Mix: General (23.2%), GI (24.9%), Ortho (16%), Gyn (9.2%), Urology (6%), Cardiology (7.5%), ENT (1.5%), Neuro/Spine (3.15%)
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction
- # of OR's: 10
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Active TX License: Required upon submission
- Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Must be all-inclusive
