CRNA Opening in IDLocated in Grangeville, IdahoAbout the PositionA Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is sought to join a hospital-based team providing anesthesia care across a variety of procedures. This role offers a broad scope of practice with autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with surgical and clinical teams.-Full-time position-Provide anesthesia for surgical, obstetric, and radiological procedures-Pre-operative patient evaluation and anesthesia planning-Intra-operative monitoring and anesthesia management-Post-operative patient care and pain management-Perform procedures including intubation, IV placement, and airway management-Utilize patient-controlled anesthesia (PCA) for pain control-Participate in pain management and anesthesia servicesPractice Setting-Hospital-based anesthesia department-Varied case mix across multiple specialties-Independent practice with collaborative clinical support-Opportunity to participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives-Involvement in maintaining anesthesia equipment and clinical standardsResponsibilities-Administer anesthetics in accordance with clinical privileges-Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative changes-Ensure patient safety and organ function throughout procedures-Manage post-operative recovery and pain control-Maintain compliance with controlled substance regulations-Contribute to departmental performance improvement and education effortsQualifications-Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required-Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications-Eligible for Idaho licensure and hospital privileges-Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCommunity HighlightsGrangeville offers a peaceful, rural lifestyle surrounded by natural beauty and outdoor recreation.-Small, close-knit community in north-central Idaho-Access to hiking, fishing, hunting, and scenic wilderness-Proximity to national forests and outdoor adventure areas-Quiet, low-cost living with a strong sense of community
