  • Case Mix: OB, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, General Surgery, GI, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Urology, and Interventional Spine
  • No cardiac cases
  • Certification: BLS and ACLS, MN license, NBCRNA
  • 12 months of case logs required
  • Temporary privileges available
