Location: Green Bay or Appleton, WI
Job Type: Full-Time (36+ hours/week)
Schedule: 4 5 days per week + 1 Saturday per month (7:00 AM 12:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

  • DDS or DMD degree
