Qualifications:
- Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Arizona APRN license or eligibility
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- New graduates encouraged to apply. (Board certification required before start date)
Scheduling:
- 40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year
- One weekend per month
- Minimal night shifts
- No call
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.

Rewards and Compensation:
- 7 Weeks Off (W-2 OR 1099)
- Pay is based on 40 hours/Week for 45 weeks annually
- W-2: $257,000-$475,500
- 1099: $292,000-$528,000
- 40k Sign-on bonus
