This is a rare opportunity to balance a high-caliber clinical practice with an incredible quality of life. You will work within a modern, 19-chair infusion suite supported by a dedicated team of oncology-certified nurses, onsite pharmacy, and nurse navigation.
Position Highlights: - Work-Life Balance: Four 10-hour shifts per week; no nights or weekends.

- Comprehensive Care: Primarily outpatient focus with occasional inpatient consults.

Compensation & Benefits - Target Salary: $135,626 (Experience-based).

Candidate Requirements - Licensure: Board Certified NP or PA; Oregon license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Specialization:
- NPs: AONCP certification required (or in-process).
- PAs: Oncology subspecialty or advanced oncology training highly preferred.
- Connection to Oregon: Required. Candidates must have existing ties to Oregon (lived there previously or have family in the region).
- Experience: Prior experience in Oncology (Inpatient or Outpatient) is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems.
- Background: Clean malpractice history and a recent NPDB self-query report.
