Job description

Position Details:
  • Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM)
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • Setting: Inpatient
Call Requirement:
  • CRNAs take 2nd call for backup emergency cases and OB monitoring.
  • Call schedule: 1 weekday per week & 1 weekend per month.
Practice Model & Team:
  • Current Staffing: 4 MDs (including Chief), aiming to increase to 6.
  • CRNAs: Currently 5, looking to expand to 6.
  • Some supervision of CRNAs.
Case Types & Volume:
  • Annual Volume:
    • 900 inpatient OR cases
    • 5,000 outpatient cases (including endoscopy)
    • 450 births per year
  • Anesthesia Sites: Up to 7 at a time (4 ORs / 3 Endo suites).
  • Bread & Butter Cases in Specialties Including:
    • Bariatrics
    • Non-invasive Cardiology
    • ENT (including healthy pediatrics)
    • General Surgery
    • GI
    • Orthopedics
    • Urology
    • OBGYN
Technology & Systems:
  • EMR: Meditech
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: Highly competitive $325K
  • Sign-on Bonus: $50K
  • Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10K
  • Student Loan Repayment: $30K total ($10K/year for 3 years) (if applicable)
  • CME & Professional Fees:
    • $5,500 annual CME, dues, and licensure reimbursement
