What You ll Do:
- Provide pediatric anesthesiology coverage in a hospital setting for neonatal to adult patients
- Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs within a team-based care model
- Manage an estimated 50-60 surgical cases daily across various specialties
- Ensure safe anesthesia administration in a Level 1 Trauma Center with 14 ORs
- Maintain adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards
- Support perioperative patient care and post-anesthesia recovery
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio medical license and DEA registration
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
- Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience in anesthesiology
- Ability to supervise CRNAs and manage a diverse patient demographic
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
