  • Must be willing to float between multiple locations
  • Case Mix: General, Cardiac, Dermatology, ENT, GI, GYN, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Plastics, Podiatry, Thoracic, Radiology, Urology, Vascular, OB. CABG and valve cases
  • Staffing model: 6 physicians, 14 CRNAs
  • EMR: Epic
  • Requirements: BC, Cardiac fellowship
  • Credentialing: 90 days
