Full-Time General Dentist - Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH

We are seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join a well-established clinic at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking for a consistent weekday schedule, strong compensation, and a supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights:

• Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• 15-minute early arrival for morning team huddle

• Full clinical autonomy with strong support staff

Compensation:

• $850 $1,000 per day OR 32% of adjusted production (whichever is higher for the first 90 days)

• After 90 days: transition to 32% of adjusted production

Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable treating patients of all ages

• Experience with root canal therapy (including some molars)

• Proficient in surgical extractions, including third molars

• Invisalign and implant certification is a plus
