Job description

Coverage Needed

  • ASAP - Ongoing
  • Schedule: Full-time coverage
  • Clinic: 2-3 days a week, Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Call: 24/7, with midwives taking first call; locum takes second call
  • Coverage Type: Combination of Clinic and Call

Clinical Details

  • Average of 1 delivery per day
  • 20-25 clinic patients per day on average
  • Must be comfortable with vaginal deliveries and C-sections
  • Circumcision not required
  • Provider must be comfortable working at a rural facility and independently

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
  • South Carolina License
  • Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
  • DEA that can remain permanently registered in the state of South Carolina
