A cancer care program in Paducah is seeking a Board-Certified Hematologist Oncologist for a locum opportunity providing comprehensive oncology and hematology care for adult patients.
Position: Physician Hematology / Medical Oncology

• Manage an average patient census of 22 patients per day
• 2 3 new consults daily within a growing oncology practice

EMR System: Epic
Schedule & Practice Setting • Primarily outpatient oncology practice with minimal inpatient consults
• Balanced clinical workload with established patient flow
• Opportunity for long-term permanent placement
Candidate Requirements Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology REQUIRED
Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship REQUIRED
Active Kentucky Medical License Highly Preferred
BLS & ACLS Certifications REQUIRED
Experience with both outpatient and inpatient Hem/Onc care REQUIRED
Ability to perform Intrathecal Chemotherapy REQUIRED
Experience with Intracavitary Chemotherapy Highly Preferred
COVID Vaccination REQUIRED
Self-Query NPDB report (dated within 30 days of submission) REQUIRED
