- Annual ER Volume: 54,000 visits
- Patient Mix: Typical sole community hospital
- Trauma Level: Level III
- Triage Support: Nurse/APP triage for lower-acuity patients
Specialty Specific Questions:
- EM
- Shift Lengths: 8, 10, or 12 hours
- Coverage: AM and PM shifts available
- Staffing Model: Multiple EM providers on shift
- Support Staff: Standard ER support staff
- ED Admission Rate: 15%
Compensation:
- Regular Rate: $300/hour
- Overtime & Holiday Rate: $330/hour
- Travel & Lodging: Covered (if applicable)
