Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note: the rate appears to be a placeholder; pay will be discussed upon application)
  • Salary range: $250,000 - $290,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Sign-on bonus and potential incentive bonuses
  • Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

  • Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable

What You ll Do:
  • Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric surgical patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Develop and implement anesthesia plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists
  • Administer anesthesia for approximately 1-15 surgical cases daily and support pain management when needed
  • Monitor patients throughout induction, maintenance, and emergence phases
  • Maintain high standards of safety and patient comfort in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:
  • BSN and graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Current Ohio CRNA license and certification
  • PALS certification
  • 1+ years pediatric/neonatal anesthesia experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and manual dexterity skills
