Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note: the rate appears to be a placeholder; pay will be discussed upon application)
- Salary range: $250,000 - $290,000 annually (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus and potential incentive bonuses
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
What You ll Do: - Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric surgical patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Develop and implement anesthesia plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists
- Administer anesthesia for approximately 1-15 surgical cases daily and support pain management when needed
- Monitor patients throughout induction, maintenance, and emergence phases
- Maintain high standards of safety and patient comfort in a fast-paced environment
What You Need: - BSN and graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current Ohio CRNA license and certification
- PALS certification
- 1+ years pediatric/neonatal anesthesia experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and manual dexterity skills
