Job Details:
- Practice Setting:- Inpatient only
- Coverage Type: 24-hour call only
- Patients Per Shift: 5-6 rounds per day and 1-2 new patient consult
- EMR: Epic
- Gratis: 4 hours
Required Procedure/Duties: Preferred only
- Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry
- Esophageal Manometry Interpretation
- Small Bowel Biopsy
- Lower GI Endoscopy
- Sigmoidoscopy
- Colonoscopy
- Liver Biopsy
- Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube
- Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) (preferred)
- Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal, with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser), with Injection of Varices, with Banding of Varices, with ERCP (preferred)(Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic, with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
Pending license accepted, may obtain at offer (Will consider IMLC) - - REQUIRED
- EUS ERCP - preferred
- BLS, DEA required
