Location: Lacombe, LA

Details:

• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Coverage needed, 2 weeks per/month, for Inpatient Rehab facility. 8 hours of pt care during the day with call coverage overnight.
• Post acute care for patients recovering from strokes, cardiac events, accidents etc.
• Average Daily Census of Hospital is 24 pts.
• Other providers covering during the week, one provider rounding on weekends, call will rotate among providers.
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Licensed in LA or IMLC
• BLS (AHA)
