Job description

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)


Compensation: $200/hr (1099 Independent Contractor)


License: Active WA and OR medical license


Certifications:

  • Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
  • Acceptable primary boards:
  • Family Medicine (FM)
  • Internal Medicine (IM)
  • Strong preference for Hospice & Palliative Medicine background
  • FM/IM physicians must demonstrate significant hospice experience
  • BLS required


Requirements:

  • Active Oregon License & OR DEA
  • Active Washington License & WA DEA
