Primary Care facility 30 minutes south of Eureka, CA near the beautiful redwoods has a clinic looking for a Family NP/PA for outpatient setting.

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p full time
• 14-16 ppd
• Will be seeing all ages
• No on-call schedule
• Will be working alone with onsite director
• EMR- Meditab
