Job description

  • Specialty: Anesthesiologist
  • Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Trauma level 3
  • Dates/Coverage Needed: September start target - 1-2 weeks/month
  • Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday, shift times can vary between 8-12 hours
    • Evening/weekend shifts will be HIGHLY preferred
    • Weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend beeper call
    • Case Mix: All case types except Neonates or Cardiac
    • Support Staff/Supervision: RN's, MA's, PA/NP's, etc. Provider is not required to supervise CRNA's. Anesthesiologist's will be owning their own cases
    • Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC or BE within 5 years of residency
    • Active CA License: Must already be licensed in CA in order to presentThe Independence Difference:
