- Location: Central Wisconsin
- Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

Schedule
- Monday-Friday clinic schedule
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Full-time coverage preferred
- Two providers splitting coverage (two weeks per month each) will be considered
- Night and weekend beeper call
- Call consists primarily of occasional phone consults
- No routine on-site call requirement
Clinical Responsibilities
- Hematology and Oncology clinic visits
- Follow-up patient care
- Inpatient consultation support as needed
- Average patient volume: 20-30 patients per day
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Fellowship training required
- Wisconsin license preferred
- Wisconsin Act 10 accepted
- Hospital privileges required
