Practice Highlights
Market-competitive guaranteed base salary with wRVU and bonus incentives
Compensation range: $350,000-$500,000
Final compensation determined by experience, performance, quality metrics, and location
RVU-based model after guarantee period

Responsibilities
Physicians will provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and care coordination. Providers work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a single, integrated location.
