Job description

Job Title : Primary Care Physician (Board Certified/Board Eligible)
Locations : WI or MN
Duration : 1+ Year to long term
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient primary care and chronic disease management
  • Perform history & physicals, admissions, evaluations, and treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in acute care stabilization and code response when needed
  • Complete documentation in VA CPRS/EMR
Required Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active unrestricted Wisconsin or Minnesota medical license
  • Current ACLS & BLS certifications
  • DEA and NPI required
  • Completion of accredited residency program
