Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join its high-performing outpatient practice. This opportunity offers a modern clinical setting, a

Position Highlights- 100% outpatient Rheumatology practice
- Flexible scheduling: 2 5 days/week, customizable shifts, or week-on/week-off
- Optional 4-hour Saturday clinic
- Minimal call: office voicemail only (
- Full practice autonomy with ability to shape patient mix and schedule
- Collaborative, team-based environment with strong specialist support
- Teaching opportunities available (optional)
- EMR: Cerner (integrated system)
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $300,000 + wRVU bonuses (up to $500,000 total)
- Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Loan repayment assistance
- Up to $10,000 relocation support
- 248 hours PTO + CME allowance ($5,000/year)

Requirements- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
- Eligible for or active Ohio medical license
- DEA (prior to start)
- Clean malpractice and license history
