Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You ll Do:
  • Provide specialized rheumatology consultations and ongoing patient management.
  • Conduct evaluations, diagnose autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient encounters thoroughly in electronic health records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
  • Support patient education and follow-up care strategies.
  • Uphold compliance with healthcare policies and safety regulations.

What You Need:
  • Valid Minnesota medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
  • At least 2 years of Rheumatology experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
