What You ll Do: - Provide specialized rheumatology consultations and ongoing patient management.
- Conduct evaluations, diagnose autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters thoroughly in electronic health records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
- Support patient education and follow-up care strategies.
- Uphold compliance with healthcare policies and safety regulations.
What You Need: - Valid Minnesota medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
- At least 2 years of Rheumatology experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
