Family Medicine Physician Williston, NDPosition Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care while overseeing clinical operations in a patient-centered environment. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities to ensure excellent clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience.
Core Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis and treatment, to patients.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure high standards of care and service.
- Monitor and improve clinical outcomes through chart reviews, direct observation, and adherence to established clinical guidelines.
- Deliver and promote exceptional customer service to patients, colleagues, and visitors.
- Support and contribute to financial performance and operational success.
- Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives to support patient enrollment and retention.
- Guide patients on scheduling, follow-ups, and care coordination.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels aligned with patient volume and performance goals.
- Review clinic performance metrics and respond to alerts and notifications in a timely manner.
- Ensure all performance metrics meet or exceed established benchmarks.
- Lead recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Maintain strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders and leadership.
- Support implementation of new clinical and operational initiatives.
Qualifications- Minimum 4+ years of clinical practice experience; leadership or healthcare management experience preferred.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory (as applicable).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (e.g., AHA).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (if required).
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $240,000 $300,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
