- Laboratory services

- Radiation Oncology dept.

- Robust Oncology supportive services

- 24-bay OP Oncology infusion dept. with on-site pharmacist

• Other Info: Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

Requirements:

• Active SC license or willing to obtain

• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 yrs of eligibility)

• DEA/CSR (must be obtained prior to start)

• Clean record

• Completed fellowship

• NPDB Self-query report (within 30 days active)
