Opportunity:

Physician - Gastroenterology


Job Details:

  • Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 24-hour weekend call coverage (no weekday night call)

  • Clinic setting based within a hospital environment

  • Expected patient volume of 18 outpatients and 20 inpatient scopes per day

  • Responsibilities include endoscopy coverage as well as inpatient consults between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM

  • Support staff includes 2 physicians and 2 APPs, with all services available onsite

  • Onsite lab and X-ray available

  • EMR system: Cerner

  • Board Certification required

  • ACLS certification required

  • Active Michigan state license required

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of post-fellowship experience required

  • Clean background required; minimal malpractice history acceptable

  • NPDB self-query must be submitted at time of presentation (pulled within 30 days)

The facility is equipped with modern diagnostic tools including onsite lab and imaging, and utilizes Cerner as its electronic medical records system to support efficient and high-quality patient care.
