Comprehensive Ophthalmologist Opportunity Community Hospital
We are seeking a BC/BE Ophthalmologist to join a growing, independent community hospital with an employed physician model. The hospital currently employs approximately 77 physicians and 75 APPs across 35 areas of medicine, with multiple satellite clinics in the region.
Position Highlights:
BC/BE in Ophthalmology required
Primary care comprehensive ophthalmology with cataract focus
Busy, bread and butter practice
Retinal injection experience strongly preferred
Interest in common lid surgeries or other subspecialties a plus
Most lid surgeries and subspecialty work are currently referred out
5 in-house optometrists for direct referrals
100% catchment of other local optometrists
1:8 call schedule
Support staff available for workup, refraction, and scribing
