Job description

Location: Hartford, CT

Position Type: Ongoing contract, start with 3 months with option to extend

Specialty: Inpatient Psychiatry 18+

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm

Compensation: $416k/yr

Patient Volume: Sixteen-bed program

Requirements:

  • Board Certified General/Adult Psychiatrist
  • CT state licensure
  • Active/Unrestricted CT DEA
  • BLS
  • Preferred experience:
    • 2+ years
    • Attending psychiatrist working with an interdisciplinary team on an inpatient psych unit
    • Treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
    • MAT (Medication Assisted Treatments)
