• 150+clinicians currently
• Salary: 18 month guarantee: $549,601 with production model starting at month 19
• Shareholder offered after 2 years, each shareholder owns 1 share
• Sign-on and relocation offered

• Adult practice with some PEDS, no cosmetics
• Ear surgery experience a plus
• Call 1:7 no ED call
• 1 clinic and 1 hospital
