Overview
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon with robotic training/experience to join our established surgical team at AdventHealth Palm Coast and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway in Palm Coast, Florida. This is an opportunity to practice in a growing coastal community with block time, a high volume of robotic cases, APP support, and a collaborative team model. MIS training is a plus.
Practice Highlights

- Full-scope general surgery with a focus on complex robotic surgery, abdominal wall reconstruction, colon surgery, and foregut surgery
- Block time and access to ORs with the latest da Vinci robotic platform
- Access to outpatient surgery center on site
- Strong ICU support with experienced intensivists and APPs providing 24/7 coverage
- Clinic located on the same property as the hospital
- Shared call coverage with community physicians for a balanced emergent call and weekend rotation
- EPIC EMR with built-in AI scribe
- Employed hospitalist team and strong referral base from local primary care and AdventHealth Medical Group specialists
- Great support system with local surgeons performing complex robotic HPB cases, colorectal, foregut, and abdominal wall reconstruction
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general surgery care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform complex robotic surgery, foregut surgery, abdominal wall reconstruction, and colon surgery
- Deliver a broad range of general surgery procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, APPs, hospitalists, and specialty colleagues
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
