- Active Missouri medical license OR
- IMLC eligible/accepted
Board Status
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Orthopedic Surgery

Trauma Experience RequirementsAcceptable Candidates
- Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship-trained physiciansOR
- Orthopedic Surgeons with Level II Trauma experience

- Trauma call coverage

Clinical Volume
- Approximately 40,000 adult emergency department visits annually
- General orthopedic and trauma cases
- Approximately 8 hours of patient-facing time per day
Operating Room
- Dedicated daily OR block available beginning at 7:00 AM
- No designated trauma OR
EMR
Ideal Candidate
- BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon
- Active Missouri license or IMLC pathway available
- Current ACLS, ABLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Comfortable managing Level II trauma cases
- Available for ongoing weekend in-house call coverage
