Schedule & Work Model
Full-Time Position
Structured clinic + surgical schedule
Hospital-based trauma coverage
Shared call rotation (as applicable)

️ Clinical Responsibilities
Manage acute orthopedic trauma cases
Perform complex fracture fixation & trauma surgeries
Provide inpatient and outpatient follow-up care
Collaborate with ED physicians, hospitalists, and rehab teams
Participate in call coverage as required
Maintain high-quality documentation and compliance standards
Subspecialty interests and additional orthopedic focus areas are welcome.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma (preferred)
Active or eligible Florida medical license
Strong surgical skillset with trauma expertise
Team-oriented with excellent clinical judgment
