Louisiana controlled substance registration
Fellowship/Residency in EM/FM/IM/General Surgery
ACLS, ATLS, PALS required if no BC in EM or EM trained

Patient volume: 19,000 annual ED visits
Coverage model: 24 hour physician coverage with 10 hour NP/PA support
Emergency department beds: 6
Fast track beds: 2
ICU beds: 4
Hospital beds: 35
Full service critical access hospital
Services include stroke care, acute medical and surgical care, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, urology, behavioral health, infusion center, and wound care
