Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $200,000 (for -hour days / 1,850 hours per year), with consideration for experience.
- Sign-on bonus: $15,000 (half at signing, half at first payroll).
- Relocation assistance: Up to $7,000 reimbursement with receipts.
- Loan repayment: Eligible for State of Montana and NHSC programs.
- Full medical insurance coverage for dentist and family under the group policy.
- 403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to 3%.
- License & DEA reimbursement (initial and renewals).
- CME allowance: Up to $1,000 annually.
