Opportunity:

Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)


Job Details:

  • All hours considered for this locum tenens position at a Level 1 High Acuity Trauma Center

  • Must be comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients

  • Position operates under medical direction

  • Surgical specialties include general, gynecology, urology, orthopedics, spine, vascular, cardiac, thoracic, and out-of-OR cases

  • Cardiac, complete orthopedic, complex vascular, head and spine, neuro, pediatric, and thoracic surgical cases expected

  • General anesthesia required for adult, pediatric, and trauma patients; neonatal preferred

  • Neurosurgical anesthesia required including head and spine cases

  • Open heart anesthesia required

  • Thoracic and complex vascular case management required

  • Regional anesthesia preferred

  • Arterial line placement required

  • Ventilation management required

  • Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues required

  • Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

  • Board certification required at minimum certified level
