  • Board Certified Family Medicine physician
  • Available from July 2025 - Jan 2026
  • M-F; 8a-5p or M-TH; 7a-6p
  • Call 1:6
  • Outpatient only
  • Ages 16+
  • Approx. 20 ppd.
  • Active VA license, BLS, DEA required
  • Clean malpractice required
