Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days

Requirements: Clean PA License, Clean malpractice, ACLS, ATLS, BLS,Bone marrow biopsies, intrathecal Omaya reservoir & lumbar punctures, skin biopsies, port access

EMR: Cerner

Travel & Lodging provided

Malpractice Insurance provided
