Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Location: Kentucky

Duration: October-ongoing

Schedule: Very flexible, clinic and call shifts (open to split between multiple providers)

Clinic: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p

Call: weeknight rotating and 24 HR. Call 7a-7a 13-15 shifts per month

Scope: OBGYN clinic + call for OB Call and Emergent GYN

Volume: 12-15 PPD clinic. 6-10 deliveries per month, low volume

EMR: Meditech

Hospital: 1 OB, 1 FP OB, No APP s

Require: BC, KY License of IMLC Compact License

Credentialing 30-60 days

1099 Independent Contract
